What does bonded and insured mean?
We are fully bonded and insured. Bonding refers to the protection afforded to the customer if an employee steals from you the customer. Insured means that our employees carry liability coverage for personal injuries and property damage, as well as workers' compensation insurance. Basically this means that if anything is stolen, broken or an employee is injured in your home or office we will cover the costs.

Do you offer same day service?
Based on availability. Contact us and we will try our best to accomadate you.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies & equipment?
Yes & No. We provide effective & safer Green Cleaning Products. You only have to provide the toilet bowl brush

Do I have to sign a contract?
No contracts. But there is a form we call Service Agreement. A Service Agreement basically states what services we are going to perform, at what rate and you agree to our payment policy.

What are our rates?
We offer hourly and flat rate services. Our rates are based on several factors. Call our office for a no-obligation quote over the phone.

Can I skip or reschedule an appointment?
We require a minimum of 24 hours advance notice, otherwise there will be a penalty fee.

How long have you been in business?
We have been cleaning homes and in business since 2007. Over the years we have built a reputation for outstanding service at affordable prices, and we want you to be next!

Will all house cleaning visits cost the same amount?
The first house cleaning visit usually costs more than subsequent visits. On this initial visit our cleaning techs take additional cleaning steps to get the home up to our high standards. Once this initial visit has occurred, your home's cleanliness can be easily maintained with our regular visit cleanings, and these regular visits are charged as a flat fee. You will receive an estimate for both for the initial cleaning and the regular house cleanings up front.

What type of services do you offer?
We offer 4 different cleaning packages each include a detailed checklist, however all of our services are customizable to meet your individual needs.

How and when do I pay for my cleaning services?
We require a credit card on file to reserve your appointment. At the time of service you can pay with cash, check, or you can choose for us to bill your Visa, Mastercard or AMEX.

What if I am not satisfied with my cleaning?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your cleaning, just contact us within 48 hours of your cleaning and we will return to your home or office to re-clean whatever area is in question at no additional cost.

Must I be at home when you clean my house? 
No, we just need a way to enter your home. About 40% of our clients provide us with a key.

How do you protect my keys?
If you choose for us to hold your key it is secured in a locked key storage device to which only WCS managers have access. The key is issued to the cleaning tech on the day of your cleaning and returned at the end of the day. All keys are organized in a codesystem and have no connection to your information or address.

How many people will clean my home? 
We offer a more personalized service. Our cleaing tech's work alone, however we have teams available for larger homes.

Will I always have the same cleaning tech/team? 
We make every effort to have the same person/team in your home. Occasionally there may be a change due to illness, vacation, etc.

What about the cleaning team that clean my house? 
All of our employees are thoroughly screened, including criminal background checks, verifiy authorization to work in the US, and references. They also are required to speak, read and write English. Before any of our cleaning techs step a foot into your door, they receive in-depth hands on training, and are partnered up with one of our more seasoned cleaning techs before they can work alone.
